Birthday Boy | Plano Child Photography

My son Kyle turns 6 years old this week!  We had his party this past weekend and he loved it.  I thought I’d share some ideas here for others throwing a Star Wars party.

This first picture is of Kyle with a chalkboard sign I created for his birthday.  It’s fun to have a visual reminder of all he’s into at this age! I can create one for your child’s next birthday session too!

First Collage Left to right: Light saber pretzel rods using candy melts, Juice pouches with label “Jedi Juice”, marshmallow pops I found at Michael’s, Chalkboard and banner,  napkins rolled around plastic fork held with lightsaber handle napkin rings printed on cardstock, Death Star cake

Second collage left to right: shortbread “wookie cookies” made using Williams Sonoma cookie cutters, Leia’s Buns are just honey buns, more wookie cookies, Yoda Soda is just a bottle of Sprite mixed with Lime Sherbet, Foam Lightsabers made by cutting pool noodles in half and wrapping the end with duct tape (I decorated with black peel-and-stick foam cut into rectangles)
